How involved do we need to be?

Most involved during Understand and Design — we’ll need time with the people who do the work. During Build, you’ll review progress in regular walkthroughs.

Do we need to know what we want before we start?

No. That’s what Understand is for. Bring the problems; we’ll help shape the solution.

Can you work with the tools we already have?

Yes. Some tools get replaced by your system, others get connected to it. We decide together during Design.

What happens after launch?
